Tube-to-tubesheet welding machine MIG automatic tube-to-tubesheet welding machine with process controller
YHB-GB1 is a portable MIG tube-to-tube-plate welding head, a new-generation product mainly used for automatic welding of boiler tube plates, tube-to-tubesheet plates, air preheater tube plates and various heat-exchanger tube plates. It performs flat-angle fillet welding when the tube protrudes from the plate, and butt welding of the joint gap when the tube is flush with the plate. As a dedicated gas-shielded (MIG) tube plate welding machine, the YHB-GB1 is controlled by a programmable controller with an intuitive operator interface, offering high reliability and strong expandability. Compared with previous manual arc welding, it reduces operator labor intensity, improves welding production efficiency, guarantees product welding quality and saves production cost.
