The U-shaped double-sided automatic welding machine is designed for lapped joints between U-shaped parts and flat plates. While traveling on the U-shaped surface, it welds with two welding guns simultaneously, which improves work efficiency and reduces welding deformation.
Characteristics
1) Suitable for double-sided continuous welding (corner joints and lap joints) of U-shaped stiffeners. Two welding guns are controlled by the same control panel, and it is recommended to use the same welding parameters for both guns.
2) No track is required, and setup is simple.
3) Adopts a mechanical tracking system. Guide wheels with spring extension mechanisms run on the walls and flat plates of the U-shaped part and flexibly track the weld seam.
4) Photoelectric sensors at the bottom and rear of the machine stop it automatically when it reaches the end of the U-shaped stiffener, making it convenient for one operator to run several machines at the same time.
5) The machine can travel on surfaces with a slope between 10° and 20°.
6) By replacing the welding gun holder, both water-cooled and air-cooled welding guns can be used.
7) The machine can be customized according to the size of different U-shaped stiffeners.
8) Equipped with a permanent magnet, which works with the guide wheels to keep the welding gun traveling along the weld seam.

Install

(1) Installation conditions:

1. The necessary tools for welding are the welding power supply and wire feeder device;

2. Welding power supply (AC 220V) for the travel and control of the trolley;

3. CO2 gas tank for welding;

4. Direct welding gun for CO2 automatic welding;

5. Basic tools for other necessary tasks;

(2) System connection method

1. Install the track, which must ensure that the welding direction of the trolley is parallel to the weld seam

2. Install the trolley and use the installation handle to clamp the track wheels of the trolley onto the track

3. Install welding wire on the wire feeder and pull it to the end of the welding gun

4. Connect the welding gun port to the wire feeder

5. Connect the control power cable to the 8P port on the control panel of the car

6. Connect the control power cable to AC 220
