Automatic TIG Circular Seam Welding Machine MWHF-HL30
This automatic TIG circular seam welding machine adopts a fully automatic TIG welding process covering root, fill and cap passes. The welding gun stays fixed while the workpiece rotates, delivering lower welding cost, high composite efficiency and simple operation. It is equipped with an automatic double water-cooled welding torch with a high duty cycle and long service life.

The frame is an optimized steel structure with adjusting support feet and linear guide rail with rack and pinion. The rotating power head uses a high-precision motor, reducer and slewing bearing for a wide speed range, stable operation and small return clearance. A roller bracket supports long workpieces and is adjustable in height and axial position.
