MIG automatic welding trolleys are widely used in industries such as ships, bridges, locomotives, steel structures, and petrochemicals, and are suitable for welding various welding structures, such as the welding of reinforcing ribs, rib plates, intersections, box beams, and so on. KA-C1 is a horizontal track welding machine driven by gear and rack, widely used for flat butt welding and corner welding. By adjusting the welding gun holder and angle, other processes such as horizontal welding and vertical-down welding can also be performed. The trolley body and control panel are integrated, and welding is carried out while the trolley travels along the track. The track is magnetically attached to the workpiece, making installation and removal easy. The machine is small and lightweight, very convenient to move and use.
