The OBT-400A is an integrated water-cooled TIG orbital welding power source mainly designed for all-position tube-to-tubesheet welding. It provides precise control over current, rotation, wire feeding, weaving arc length, shielding gas and compressed air, adopting an advanced PLC control system for stable and efficient welding programming and process control.

Welding Performance Characteristics
- Carbon steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 37°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
- Stainless steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 45°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
- Fit-up clearance: 0-0.5 mm.
- Tack welds made in small, thin and dense spots.
- Welding mode: the pipe remains stationary while the welding torch rotates to complete welding.
- For multi-pass welding with grooved joints, AVC automatically tracks the arc length; the capping pass is completed by OSC weaving oscillation.
