HZG-76 Automatic Pipe Orbital Welding Torch
The HZG-76 is an all-position tube-to-tubesheet automatic orbital welding torch designed for medium and thick-wall carbon steel and stainless steel pipes from 19mm to 76mm. The pipe stays stationary while the torch rotates, so it is widely applied to on-site installation of pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-elbow joints.

Welding Performance Characteristics
- Carbon steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 37°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
- Stainless steel with a thickness greater than 2.5 mm welded with a V-groove: single-side groove angle ≥ 45°, misalignment less than 10% of wall thickness.
- Fit-up clearance: 0-0.5 mm.
- Tack welds made in small, thin and dense spots.
- Welding mode: the pipe remains stationary while the welding torch rotates to complete welding.
- For multi-pass welding with grooved joints, AVC automatically tracks the arc length; the capping pass is completed by OSC weaving oscillation.
