Automatic circular seam welding machine TIG process pipe welding flange to pipe welding machine
The equipment features a compact and intensive design with a small footprint and flexible operation. It is suitable for circumferential welding of pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel-based alloy and other materials, and can be used for butt and socket welding of pipe fittings such as pipe, tee, elbow and flange. The all-angle positioner with an electric arc length swing carriage and a three-dimensional wire feeding mechanism accurately realizes multi-angle welding of workpieces. Equipment configuration and process are optional and adjustable (single gun or multi-gun: TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, etc.). The welding control functions are fine and comprehensive, supporting speed control, current control, wire feeding control, rotation control, gas protection time control and automatic arc length control.
