The basic support components of the machine body are composed of bottom beams, compression beams, and other parts. The machine body is made of steel structural components, which have high strength and small deformation;
The key pressing device is divided into two sets of symmetrical left and right, which can apply pressure to both sides of the workpiece separately. The air pressure is adjustable, and the key pressing foot is made of steel structural components.
The walking mechanism assembly is composed of a crossbeam, a lower gun mechanism, and a slider. The machine uses gears and racks as the linear walking mechanism, and the motor is a DC variable frequency speed control motor. The walking assembly of the machine has characteristics such as high accuracy, stable walking, and high torque.
The lifting and lowering actions of the welding gun lifting mechanism are driven by pneumatic means, which has the advantages of simple structure, fast and stable action, high repetition accuracy, and convenient operation. The guiding part of the lifting action adopts a linear guide rail to ensure stability and flexibility of the action.
The material of the back forming groove is red copper, and there is a forming groove machined on top.

3. Welding process:
1. CO2 gas shielded welding.

4. Pre welding requirements:
The butt joint of the welding seam should ensure that the incision is as flat as possible, without curled edges, beveled edges, etc., and the welding seam area should be free of burrs, oil stains, and other factors that affect the welding quality. Primer sprayed or zinc plated plates need to be polished before welding.
