Application:
Hyzont tube-to-tubesheet weld heads are designed to produce precise, repeatable tube-to-tubesheet welds. These orbital weld heads are optimized for fusion welding and wire-feed GTAW tube welding applications.
An integral head-mounted wire feeder is standard.
Different models are available to cover tube sizes from 10 mm to 80 mm OD. These easy-to-operate weld heads improve productivity by increasing duty cycle, reducing repair rates, and delivering consistent weld quality.
