Free repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period (12 months from commissioning, extendable on request). Spare parts are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. Installation, Commissioning & Training
Remote video guidance is provided free of charge; on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, and maintenance training are available to ensure your equipment reaches full production quickly.
4. Lifetime Technical Support
