Hyzont HZSG4000 Gantry CNC Plasma and Oxy-fuel Cutting Machine
The HZSG4000 is a heavy-duty gantry type CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machine engineered for steel structure fabrication, pressure vessel building and shipyards. It combines a Hypertherm MAXPRO200 plasma source, a Hypertherm EDGE Connect CNC controller and an oxy-fuel flame station on a single rigid gantry, cutting mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium from thin sheet up to 120 mm plate.

Machine Body and Structure
The machine body is a box type welded structure processed by CNC planing and CNC milling machines, then tempered and painted in a spray booth. The dual drive adopts a symmetrical structure for excellent rigidity and intensity, giving long service life with very high accuracy. Horizontal torch travel is transmitted by steel belt for smooth, low-noise motion.
Software: Hypertherm EDGE Connect & FastCAM Pro
EDGE Connect with Hypertherm Phoenix v10 software delivers CutPro Wizard setup, on-screen software operator console, configurable process monitoring panels and integrated communication with plasma and torch height control for expert cut quality. FastCAM Pro nesting software imports DXF files, performs CAD clean-up, interactive and automatic nesting, common cutting and bridging, and outputs NC code for different controllers.
