Tube-tube sheet MAG automatic welding machine is used for boiler industry. This welding machine is used for the orthogonal fillet joint welding of convection bank and drum shell in flat position welding, by adopting MAG welding for the materials of carbon steel, stainless steeletc.

1)The welding process is completed automatically with high efficiency.
2)Adoption of collection ring structure, integrated wire, compressed air and welding gas paths to achieve unlimited rotary head.
3)Equipped with a pulse power source to realize the deep penetration weld seam with small spatter.
4)It adopts color touch screen, which can realize human-computer interface.
5)Enable automatic return of to the set position for the torch rotation. A certain angle of lap welding is processed on each welding circle. Cable intertwining does not occur to the procedures while continuously welding.
6)After pneumatically clamping, there is no need to hold by hand while welding. One operator is able to operate several welding machines together.
7)It is of small size, easy operation and simple maintenance.
