TP-6015 CNC Fiber Laser Plate & Tube Cutting Machine
In our TAYOR CNC Fiber Laser Products Chain, there are models TF E, TF EDGE for single table plate cutting; models TF EDGE+, TF PRO for tranferable tables plate cutting; model TF for plate & tube cutting; model TD for 3D cutting.
TP 6015 Fiber Laser Plate & Tube Cutting Machine is with plate cutting area 1500 x 6000 mm (1500 x 3000 mm cutting area for option), tube cutting size 30-200 mm, position speed 80 m/min, repeat position accuracy 0.025 mm.
TP-6020 Fiber Laser Laser & Tube Cutting Machine could be equiped with 1000 W-30000 W Fiber Laser, the cutting thickness could be 0.5-20 mm for MS, 0.5-10 mm SS, 0.5-10 mm Al.
Feature
1. High perfeomance. Fiber transmission can make sure the same quality cutting effect in every point of the material;
2. High efficiency. Fast cutting speed, photoelectric conversion rate is about 35%(CO2 photoelectric conversion rate is about 7%);
3. Low gas consumption. It has the cutting technology specially for steel board and produce no gas when cutting.
4. Low power consumption. Environment-friendly and energy-saving, low power consumotion(reduce 20%-30% power compared with CO2 laser cutting machine);
5. Maintenance free. Fiber transmission without reflection lens, can save time in light path adjustment.
6. Fiber exerts its features better in thin metal sheet cutting. Such as 1 mm stainless steel, its cutting speed reach 12 m/min. While 2 mm stainless steel cutting speed readuce to 3.5 m/min. The thicker metal sheet, the lower of the machine efficiency.
